We are a consulting business and as such, sell our time.  Our initial consultation is free and if we are able to fix your issue with a simple question there is no charge.  Anything beyond that and we will send you and official quote by email including an estimate of time based on our conversation.  Nothing will be charged until you sign off on the quote.  In general we charge $50.00 per hour of time that it takes to resolve your issue plus the cost of any equipment we agree upon.  We will not go beyond our quote, and if an issue turns out to be larger than originally estimated, we will talk to you before continuing.

We will do everything in our power to ensure that the work done for you is not only efficient and correct, we will go out of our way to make sure it's done right the first time.  If you find something still not working correctly after our initial agreement, contact us and we will do everything reasonable to correct the issue at no additional charge to you.

All of us here are customers before salesman.  We know the value of our time and your time.  To that end, while we won't ever charge you more then the agreed upon quote, if we end up taking less time on it, we will drop the time & charge down to the nearest half hour.  We have plenty of projects to get to, so we have no interest in charging you more then then work we provided.
